Who am I talking to?
StackClose's AI assistant. It handles our texts, emails, calls and chats, writes your site and builds it. It will always tell you it's an AI.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days from when we have your details and photos. You'll get a preview link to look over before anything goes live.
What do I need to send you?
Your business name, what you do, the towns you serve and how customers can reach you. A logo and a few photos help, and phone photos are fine. No logo or photos? We'll work with what you have.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what to change and you'll get a new preview after each round, as many rounds as it takes. If you're still not happy after 5 rounds, we refund the $200.
Who writes what the site says?
Our AI writes it from what you tell us and what's public about your business, like your Google listing. Read it over before you approve: you have the final say on every word.
Who owns the domain?
StackClose registers it in our name and renews it every year while you're a customer. That's part of the $15 a month. If you cancel, the domain lapses when its current year is up.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, using the billing link in any receipt or by emailing us the word "cancel". Your site stays up through the month you've paid for, then goes offline. Pay again before the domain expires and everything comes back. The $200 build fee isn't refunded. The details are in our terms.
Do I own my content?
Yes. The words, photos and logo you give us stay yours.
Will you text me?
